Teletrade Investor Solutions is an independent service provider offering case review, document preparation and process assistance for share recovery and investor-service matters. It is not the IEPF Authority, SEBI, a company’s RTA or a government authority.
Submitting an enquiry does not file a claim, establish entitlement or guarantee acceptance. Any service scope, charges and document requirements must be agreed separately before paid work begins. Do not treat a website enquiry reference as an official IEPF or company acknowledgement.
No guaranteed outcome or timeline
Decisions, verification, processing time and credit depend on the relevant company, RTA, depository participant or authority and the facts of the case. We do not guarantee recovery, investment returns or a fixed completion date.

Website information is general, not personalised investment or legal advice. Rules and forms may change. Check current official sources and the relevant issuer’s requirements before submitting documents. Disputed inheritance or entitlement may require independent legal advice.
Market tools and data
The website also contains market dashboards, IPO information, screening tools, calendars and educational content. Market and issuer data may be delayed, revised or temporarily unavailable. Verify material decisions using exchange filings and official offer documents.
Paused Paper Trading service
Paper Trading is currently paused. Existing virtual account records are preserved in read-only form. Historical paper orders used virtual money and simulated execution; their results do not represent real execution, taxes, liquidity, slippage or future performance.
Account security and acceptable use
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access. Automated or abusive requests may be limited. Do not scrape, resell, reverse engineer, disrupt or use the service for unlawful market activity.
