This policy explains how TeleTrade, available at teletrade.in and its related platform subdomains, handles personal and platform data when you create an account or use its market tools.
Information we handle
- Account details such as email address, mobile number and authentication identifiers.
- Encrypted broker API credentials or session secrets that you choose to connect.
- Orders, positions, webhook events, simulator activity, preferences and operational logs needed to provide the service.
- Technical data such as IP address, device/browser information, timestamps and security events.
- Subscription and payment references. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored by TeleTrade.
Why we use this information
We use data to authenticate users, provide requested trading-tool and simulator functions, connect supported broker services, maintain security, prevent misuse, troubleshoot failures, communicate service notices and process subscriptions.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, payment, messaging and analytics providers only as needed to operate the service. When you connect a broker or Telegram integration, relevant data is sent to that provider at your direction. We may also disclose information when legally required or to protect users and the platform.
Security and credential handling
TeleTrade uses technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption of supported secrets at rest and access controls. No online system is completely risk-free. You should protect your account, use unique credentials and revoke broker tokens immediately if you suspect misuse.
Retention and deletion
Account and platform data is retained while needed to provide the service, meet security or record-keeping needs, resolve disputes and comply with applicable obligations. You may request account-data access, correction or deletion at support@teletrade.in. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
Cookies and local storage
The platform uses browser storage and similar technologies for login state, preferences, security and core functionality. Third-party authentication or payment providers may set their own cookies under their policies.
Children and international processing
The platform is intended for adults who can lawfully open and operate the connected accounts. Some service providers may process data outside India subject to their contractual and legal safeguards.
